Connect imotrack to ChatGPT

Open apps

In ChatGPT, go to Settings, then Apps, and look for imotrack. If it is not available in your country yet, turn on Developer mode in Advanced settings (paid plans), choose Create app and paste the server URL with OAuth authentication.

Sign in to imotrack

ChatGPT opens the imotrack page. Sign in with your usual account.

Choose permissions

The consent screen shows what ChatGPT will be able to do. Write permissions are optional: untick any you do not want to grant.

Done

You are back in ChatGPT with imotrack active. Mention imotrack in your message or pick it from the + menu in the conversation.

Permissions

Each connection only receives the permissions you accept. You can revoke it at any time in imotrack, Settings, AI connections.

Security and data

OAuth sign-in

ChatGPT never sees your password. It uses its own token, limited to the permissions you accepted.

A read-only co-owner cannot change anything, and a property locked by your plan stays read-only.

Sensitive actions

Deletions are permanent. ChatGPT asks for your confirmation first, and every deletion must repeat a detail of the record (property or room name, tenant name, expense amount); without a match, nothing is deleted.

Every change made from ChatGPT is recorded in your account's audit log, without storing your conversations.

imotrack only processes the data needed to answer each request. Details in our privacy policy.

FAQ

I do not see the new actions (create leases, delete...)
Connections created before October 2026 keep their previous permissions. Remove the connector in ChatGPT, add it again and accept the new permissions.
ChatGPT says the property is read-only
Your current plan does not allow changes to that property. You can restore full access from the imotrack plans page.
Past months of a new lease show as collected
As in the app, the months before you create an older lease are recorded as collected. Ask ChatGPT to mark any month you did not collect as unpaid. From the month you create it, no month is marked on its own: confirm each payment (or ask ChatGPT to record it).
How do I disconnect ChatGPT?
In imotrack, Settings, AI connections, select Revoke. Access stops immediately.
