How much does imotrack cost?
imotrack does not have a permanent free plan: you get a 30-day free trial, no card required, and at the end you choose the Starter plan at €4.90/month, the Investor plan at €14/month or the Premium plan at €29/month (VAT included). If you do not choose a plan, your account becomes read-only: your data is kept and can be exported, never deleted. Founding investors keep full access at no charge.
Is my data safe? Is imotrack GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Your data is hosted on EU servers, encrypted at rest and in transit, with daily backups. We comply with EU GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD. You can exercise your rights by writing to [email protected].
Does it work for non-residents in Spain?
Yes. imotrack generates a comprehensive fiscal export (income, expenses, contracts, properties) your gestor uses to fill your Modelo 100 (residents) or 210 (non-residents). The export adapts to your status.
Can I manage properties in co-ownership?
Yes. Every property supports multiple co-owners with a custom ownership percentage. Income and expenses are split automatically, no double bookkeeping.
