Does it work for non-residents in Spain?

Yes. imotrack generates a comprehensive fiscal export (income, expenses, contracts, properties) your gestor uses to fill your Modelo 100 (residents) or 210 (non-residents). The export adapts to your status.
Can I manage properties in co-ownership?
