Homming says it serves both professional managers and private owners, but its plans are designed for teams: the simplest one costs €47 a month plus VAT billed yearly, for 1 to 10 units and 3 users, and AI starts on Advanced. For an investor with 1 to 25 flats who runs their own portfolio, imotrack costs less and focuses on what takes most of your time: payments, expenses and the tax return.
Yes: its website shows an AI agent, AI reports and an invoice scanner on the Advanced and Enterprise plans. In imotrack, AI is on every plan (lease and invoice reading), Imo answers you on WhatsApp and, from the Investor plan, you connect your portfolio to Claude and ChatGPT.
