Connect imotrack to Claude

Open connectors

In Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors, and look for imotrack in the directory. If it is not listed yet, choose Add custom connector and paste the server URL.

Sign in to imotrack

Claude opens the imotrack page. Sign in with your usual account.

Choose permissions

The consent screen shows what Claude will be able to do. Write permissions are optional: untick any you do not want to grant.

Done

You are back in Claude with the connector active. Start asking about your portfolio.

Permissions

Each connection only receives the permissions you accept. You can revoke it at any time in imotrack, Settings, AI connections.

portfolio:read Read your portfolio: properties, leases, tenants, rent status and metrics.
tax:read Read your IRPF estimates.
writes:create Create expenses, rent payments and reminders.
writes:manage Create and edit properties, rooms, tenants, leases, expenses and credits; end or extend leases.

Security and data

Claude never sees your password. It uses its own token, limited to the permissions you accepted.

Same rules as the app

A read-only co-owner cannot change anything, and a property locked by your plan stays read-only.

Sensitive actions

Deletions are permanent and Claude asks for your confirmation before running them. Deleting a property also requires repeating its exact name.

history

Audit trail

Every change made from Claude is recorded in your account's audit log, without storing your conversations.

imotrack only processes the data needed to answer each request. Details in our privacy policy.

FAQ

I do not see the new actions (create leases, delete...)
Connections created before October 2026 keep their previous permissions. Remove the connector in Claude, add it again and accept the new permissions.
Claude says the property is read-only
Your current plan does not allow changes to that property. You can restore full access from the imotrack plans page.
Past months of a new lease show as collected
As in the app, past months are recorded as collected when you create an older lease. Ask Claude to mark any month you did not collect as unpaid.
How do I disconnect Claude?
In imotrack, Settings, AI connections, select Revoke. Access stops immediately.
