Frequently asked questions
Is it legally valid?
It is a simple electronic signature under the eIDAS Regulation: the signer confirms their email with a code and explicitly accepts the document. The signed PDF includes an evidence certificate. It is not a qualified signature.
Does the signer need an account?
No. They receive a personal link by email and sign from their phone or computer.
Can I use my own contract?
Yes, any PDF up to 10 MB and 100 pages: lease, addendum, inventory, mandate.
How much does each signature cost?
Nothing. E-signature is included in your plan, with no per-document fee.
